How to order:
We recommend using our online shop cart system to place your order. For wholesale/bulk orders you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of the products you wish to order, shipping address, shipping method and how you wish to pay. We will reply within a working day and let you know the total amount with postage.
* Orders are sent as soon as we receive a valid payment.
Shortly after placing an order we recommend you to check your mail frequently since we might have pending questions or info regarding your order. Also, make sure that you have turned off spam filtering for our domain @eurasia.nu. If you are using hotmail.com / live.com (Outlook) as email service you should to add our domain eurasia.nu to your "Safe senders" list, or you might not receive any email at all, not even in the "Junk" folder.
We accept payment with Credit Card or Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer or Bitcoin on orders placed in our online shop. Info and payment details regarding how to pay by Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer are included in the order email sent automatically after you place the order with us. If you live in Thailand the Bank Wire Transfer can be done quick and cheap by using ATM or local bank. Please note that international Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) has a relatively high fixed fee, so it only makes sense for big orders.
We ship world wide and currently offer these shipping methods: "Registered Airmail", "Express Mail Service" (EMS) and "United Parcel Service" (UPS). All shipments are sent from Thailand.
* Registered Airmail is low cost shipping and it takes around 2-10 working days to reach you. Your signature is required on delivery.
* EMS is medium cost shipping and it takes around 1-5 working days to reach you. EMS have a limited online tracking system with weblink quality depending on receiving country. After sending an order with EMS we mail you the tracking number.
* UPS is high cost shipping and it takes around 1-3 working days to reach you. After sending an order with UPS we mail you the tracking number. The benefit of UPS is their delivery guarantees and a good online tracking system.
Once delivered to shipper, the goods will become your property and your responsibility. We will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction. Your shipment may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
If you want your order shipped within Thailand you can choose EMS with delivery next day as only option, our online shop detects country based on shipping address.
About shipping time and delays in general regarding international shipments: Normally it takes about two days for a shipment to leave by flight from Thailand to the destination country. After that the shipment will be pending customs check in the receiving country, this is where the shipment spend most of the time, unfortunately there are no tracking updates during this time because the shipment has not officially entered the country yet, even if it is within the borders. In some countries customs scan shipment and update tracking information upon entry before customs check, but it is rare. When the shipment has cleared customs in your country it usually takes a few days for the local postal system to deliver it to your door.
Orders are usually sent the day after we receive a valid payment but in periods with a heavy workload it might take a few days extra. If any product(s) are out of stock we will send an email asking you for replacement product(s). As a last resort, if no email reply within one week, we will send your order without the out of stock product(s) and give you credit for the product(s) not shipped.
If you should receive a defective product we will replace it. However, no replacement will be sent until we receive the defective product. The claim has to be made within one month upon receiving the defective product. The problem has to be with the product itself and not due to other equipment used. Products with a manufacturer guarantee will be handled until expired guarantee date, however, you have to pay for all shipping charges.
We can offer customers who order larger quantities wholesale/bulk discounts. To qualify as a wholesale customer you should make regular orders and 10 pcs or more of each product, or place one order of 100pcs or more. Prices are set according to quantity. You can also open a "balance account" with us: Send money in advance to use as balance which minimize bank fee's etc. and we provide account statements which will be emailed to you after every order. If you need sample(s) you are welcome to order it in our online shop at regular retail price, we will refund the price diff later on your wholesale order. For more info contact email@example.com.
