Hello all haven't posted in a while look what i found out.... booting 360 games from dvd+r and dvd-r 4.7gb
discs oh and one more thing the drive is not flashed either as shown in my video!!!!
Check it out!!!! Notes you will need a RGH or JTAG console to do this!!!
Would be nice if someone with a slim hitachi 0500 drive could test it out!!!

No you can use A DVD-9 disc also i was just showing that dvd-5 discs can
be used on alot of titles... Some games are small enough and some
i rencode some of the videos with no visible difference!!!!

I'm assuming the games you test are already ripped for RGH/JTAG when you burn them on disc? In other words there is no way to do this with discs burned for iXtreme.

No these were xgd3,xgd2 backups i had on dvd-9. I simply extracted
the game files minus the systemupdate from the disc or iso image on my pc, then burned the files and folders as a data disc mode1/udf 1.02 to a dvd-5 with Imgburn at 6x simple as that.
I got confirmation that these work on a RGH console so thats good
news for slim owners with the unmoddable hitachi DLN01N 0500 drives
or the Liteon 1175 drives!!!!!  This should add some more fire to the Jtag/RGH Scene!!!

Also something else messing in xexmenu i hooked up an external
dvd-rom and it reads them also from usb on disc cool!!! No dvd-keys no Microsoft code???? Backups playing from a standard PC drive this
is one hell of a hack interesting!!!!!!!
