Xbox One increase the fan speed with PWM if there is interest, as it will go up for more information on the topic with photos and schema.fan speed with PWM
As the issue of increasing the speed of the Xbox One fan comes as a precautionary measure and with an idea imported from the Xbox360 RGH through the Dashboad F3 you can adjust the speed of the fan, the air comes out pretty hot inside the console [with the speed of factory] for this I put a module PWM control speed fan motor that can adjust the speed through the potentiometer.
Of course, if you increase the speed value, the noise increases, but you do not need to up at the maximum as I did in the video [it was only a demonstration] you can adjust it to more than you like without bothering us and I assure you that with just a couple of revolutions more of the fan you will not notice the noise that does but if you will notice that the console is cooled better.
The adjustment potentiometer does not come out and is hidden behind the grille and the touch is not noticeable.
