This epoxy will prevent most end users from installing a modification chip and will leave installations up to the professional installers. Good business for them, bad news for the average joe."

Team Modfreakz did an excellent video how to remove epoxy from 360 drives, you can find it here.

Quote Team Modfreakz: This black epoxy (not glue) needs a higher temperature. Anything between 100-120°C is ok.
