modrobert writes: "Team Cygnos have posted a video of XBox Media Center (XBMC) running on Xbox 360 with Ubuntu launched via the Xell loader by tmbinc. For those who missed it, Team Cygnos recently announced their Cygnos360 v2.0 modchip with dual firmware and USB support. Quote: 'We managed to patch XBMC for Linux so that it runs on the Xbox360. It is still a proof-of-concept and does not have sound or 3D acceleration, but it runs!'

PLEASE get this working, I would love to have XBMC on the 360. My old Xbox is still my fave console but it's slow cpu is certainly showing it's limitations every time I want to play h264 or HD files.
