You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Yes. You can select "My Account" in our shop and then click on "History" button, or you can go directly here:Pending - We got your order and email confirmation has been sent.
Processing - Your order is being processed. Products are collected, checked and packaged.
Shipped - Your order has been sent with the selected shipping method.

There are three possible status messages shown on the right side of each order row in the "History" view:
|· How do I place an order in your shop?|
You will be well guided when placing your order in our online shop. However, if you want to know the steps ahead we will brief you now:Select the product(s) you want for your order using our "Shopping Cart" system.
Select "Checkout" to place your order.
If you are a new customer you will be prompted to create an account, enter login information, your email and shipping address. You can easily use the created account for future orders.
Select payment method, previously entered address(es), shipping method and enter optional comments regarding your order.
A final confirmation to see everything is ok. You order totals and information previously entered/selected will be shown.
If you selected an option to pay with credit card, you will be presented a link on the checkout page where you can make your payment. If you forget to pay after checkout or decided to do so later, then you can use the link in order email to pay for the order any time you wish.
If you selected Western Union, the instructions how to make the payment are included in the order confirmation which is sent by email after completing the order.
If you selected Bank Wire Transfer, the instructions how to make the payment are included in the order confirmation which is sent by email after completing the order.
A status page will be shown where it say "Your Checkout Has Been Processed! " and some additional info where to track your order status.

Thai customers are welcome place their order in our online shop, our system detects country selected for shipping. You will be able to select EMS shipping with delivery next day. Also, Bank Wire Transfer can be selected as method of payment and done quickly by using ATM or local bank. |· I live in USA and USPS online tracking show no info?|
USPS online tracking service is limited to show info after the first delivery attempt to your address for Registered Airmail, so it is kind of useless. Quote from USPS: "Information is generally available on the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery."[ Back to Top ]
|· I did a mistake on my order and want to cancel, what to do next?|
We never ship without a valid payment so no need to cancel unpaid orders, they will remain "pending". If you already paid then contact email@example.com as soon as possible.[ Back to Top ]
|· I didn't receive any email after ordering?|
Check your junk/spam mail folder and turn off your spam filters for firstname.lastname@example.org.[ Back to Top ]
|· How do I pay using Bitcoin?|
Select Bitcoin during checkout in the Online Shop. Our sales department will send an email shortly after you place an order with an unique Bitcoin address and the expected Bitcoin amount based on current USD exchange rates. General information about Bitcoin can be found here.[ Back to Top ]
|· Is it ok to enter a fake shipping address and trust that you will use the payment details instead?|
No. You have to enter correct details in the online shop system, confirm this by verifying the shipping address in the order confirmation email. We have no way of checking your address based on payment information, and would ignore it even if we could.[ Back to Top ]
|· My credit card transaction failed with timeout, what does that mean?|
There can be several different problems causing this type of error. One reason is that the bank/issuer of the credit card are having downtime in their system or the payment service is having issues, in those cases you can try again later using the payment link in the order confirmation email. If you are using a VISA card with the PAYSBUY service this can happen when the credit card used lacks VBV (Verified By Visa) or failed VBV verification, if your card is VBV then try again, if not then try another payment method like THAIEPAY.[ Back to Top ]
