We currently offer:

  • Registered Airmail
  • Express Mail Service (EMS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)

  • If you want your order shipped within Thailand you can select EMS with delivery next day as only option, our online shop detects country selected based on shipping address.

    The payment instructions, account info, etc., are included in the order confirmation email which is sent to you after placing an order in our online shop.

    ·  How about customs fee or tax on my shipment?

    You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. With the formal notification of responsibilities out of the way, if your order is small and you select Registered Airmail shipping (default, and cheap), the order will be shipped bubble wrapped in a small envelope without documents. This usually means no tax or customs fee, but there are no guarantees. Another benefit is that envelopes tend to ship a lot faster compared to boxed items.

    ·  Can I check my order status online?

    Yes. You can select "My Account" in our shop and then click on "History" button, or you can go directly here.

    There are three possible status messages shown on the right side of each order row in the "History" view:

  • Pending - We got your order and email confirmation has been sent.
  • Processing - Your order is being processed. Products are collected, checked and packaged.
  • Shipped - Your order has been sent with the selected shipping method.

    ·  How do I place an order in your shop?

    You will be well guided when placing your order in our online shop. However, if you want to know the steps ahead we will brief you now:

  • Select the product(s) you want for your order using our "Shopping Cart" system.
  • Select "Checkout" to place your order.
  • If you are a new customer you will be prompted to create an account, enter login information, your email and shipping address. You can easily use the created account for future orders.
  • Select payment method, previously entered address(es), shipping method and enter optional comments regarding your order.
  • A final confirmation to see everything is ok. You order totals and information previously entered/selected will be shown.
  • If you selected an option to pay with credit card, you will be presented a link on the checkout page where you can make your payment. If you forget to pay after checkout or decided to do so later, then you can use the link in order email to pay for the order any time you wish.
  • If you selected Western Union, the instructions how to make the payment are included in the order confirmation which is sent by email after completing the order.
  • If you selected Bank Wire Transfer, the instructions how to make the payment are included in the order confirmation which is sent by email after completing the order.
  • If you selected Bitcoin, our sales department will send payment request via email within 24 hours.
  • A status page will be shown where it say "Your Checkout Has Been Processed! " and some additional info where to track your order status.
  • An email with your order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you automatically.

    ·  What can you offer for Thai customers?

    Thai customers are welcome place their order in our online shop, our system detects country selected for shipping. You will be able to select EMS shipping with delivery next day. Also, Bank Wire Transfer can be selected as method of payment and done quickly by using ATM or local bank. Instructions are sent by email automatically after you place an order with us.

    ·  Why do you require my phone number?

    Your phone number is required when we ship your order with EMS or UPS or DHL. The carrier might need to call you since they deliver directly to your doorstep.

    ·  I can't download the file?

    Either you can register (it's free) at our main site to access the downloads directly, or you can fill out the reCAPTCHA for the desired file and download without registering.

    ·  How can I see when my order was shipped?

    If your order have status "Shipped" in your account history view, then you can click on the order date link to view order details where shipping date is displayed.

    ·  Where are the bulk prices?

    We keep a low price on all products. If you buy a lot frequently we can discuss a % discount based on your previous orders. For bulk / wholesale orders of 100pcs or more, contact sales@eurasia.nu.

    If your order have status "Shipped" in your account history view, then you can click on the order date link to view order details where tracking number is displayed.

    ·  I live in USA and USPS online tracking show no info?

    USPS online tracking service is limited to show info after the first delivery attempt to your address for Registered Airmail, so it is kind of useless. Quote from USPS: "Information is generally available on the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery."

    ·  I did a mistake on my order and want to cancel, what to do next?

    We never ship without a valid payment so no need to cancel unpaid orders, they will remain "pending". If you already paid then contact sales@eurasia.nu as soon as possible.

    ·  I didn't receive any email after ordering?

    Check your junk/spam mail folder and turn off your spam filters for sales@eurasia.nu. Please note that if you use an AOL email address it will fail due to their postmaster block, so consider using another email service when placing your order.

    If you are using hotmail.com / live.com (Outlook) as email service you have to add our domain eurasia.nu to your "Safe senders" list, or you might not receive any email at all, not even in the "Junk" folder. Go here to add eurasia.nu to the "Safe senders" list.

    ·  How do I pay using Bitcoin?

    Select Bitcoin during checkout in the Online Shop. Our sales department will send an email shortly after you place an order with an unique Bitcoin address and the expected Bitcoin amount based on current USD exchange rates. General information about Bitcoin can be found here.

    ·  Is it ok to enter a fake shipping address and trust that you will use the payment details instead?

    No. You have to enter correct details in the online shop system, confirm this by verifying the shipping address in the order confirmation email. We have no way of checking your address based on payment information, and would ignore it even if we could.

    ·  My credit card transaction failed with timeout, what does that mean?

    There can be several different problems causing this type of error. One reason is that the bank/issuer of the credit card are having downtime in their system or the payment service is having issues, in those cases you can try again later using the payment link in the order confirmation email. If you are using a VISA card with the PAYSBUY service this can happen when the credit card used lacks VBV (Verified By Visa) or failed VBV verification, if your card is VBV then try again, if not then try another payment method like THAIEPAY.

    ·  My credit card transaction failed with 'Reject: Refer to Card Issuer', what happened?

    This usually means that your card issuer/bank has limits on your credit card regarding making payments to other countries, specifically Thailand in this case. The limits are for your protection, but can be removed temporarily when needed. Check your online banking account for the specific credit card related settings, or contact the credit card issuer/bank by other means and ask them to remove the restriction.

    ·  My tracking status at USPS is 'Origin Post is Preparing Shipment', what does this mean?

    The term "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" refers to an item that has arrived in the US but has NOT cleared customs or homeland security - it has not been released to USPS although USPS are aware of its existence. You can find more information in this forum topic.
