Join the two firmwares you want to flash, like this...
Windows/DOS:
copy /b 256kbios.bin+256kbios.bin 512kbios.bin
On a Unix system that would be:
cat 256kbios.bin 256kbios.bin >512kbios.bin
So using Windows/DOS with iXtreme as an example:
copy /b ixtrem12.bin+59B_16.BIN my_512k_firmware_combo.bin
This combo would be Globe360 with Toshiba-Samsung ixtrem12.bin in one 256k bank and Hitachi-LG 59B_16.BIN in the other 256k bank.
You can also combine two firmwares for the same drive and wire a switch to the Globe360 PCB "LG/SAM" bridge to select different firmwares.
The firmware files selected should be 262144 Bytes each in size and the final Global360 combo firmware should be 524288 Bytes.
NOTE: iXtreme Hitachi-LG firmwares can be found in the included fwpack.rar file.
