Open your unpacked HDLoader.ELF with your favourite hexeditor and change the bytes in the following locations:

PAL-users:

 0x000011D4: xx000424 / X-pos (default is 0x82)

 0x000011DC: yy000224 / Y-pos (default is 0x5A)

NTSC-users:

 0x000011FC: xx000524 / X-pos (default is 0x82)

 0x00001200: yy000224 / Y-pos (default is 0x2D)

Smaller value moves screen left/up and higher value right/down.
