Q: Does Supercard support NDS/NDS Lite?
A: All version of Super Card support GBA, GBA SP and NDS/NDSLite.

Q: Can I play NDS game with SuperCard? And What extend device needed?
A: Yes, SuperCard can play most 100% NDS games. You need a SuperKey plugged into DS slot1 or Flash your DS.

Q: What is the function of SuperKey?
A: SuperKey is a Key which inserts into DS slot 1, can let you play NDS games with SuperCard.

Q: If I don't have a SuperKey, can I play NDS games with SuperCard?
A: Yes. You need to use FlashMe program flash your NDS firmware.

Q: Why need to covert game?
A: It depend on SuperCard Hardware design. And cheat code, Reset, Real Time Save, Compress function should be add into when coverting game.

Q: How to Update Firmware?
A: There is Two update methods. One is addition update, just put the update file into the ROOT of CF/SD, it will be run auto. Two is totally update, need to run as a normal game at SuperCard menu.

Q: Firmware 1.44 cannot be upgraded directly to the newest 1.63 version. How to do it?
A: It seems that you have to upgrade every firmware step by step (1.44 -> 1.5 -> 1.6 ->1.63)

Q: How about the SuperCard power usage?
A: Normally, GBASP can play 5-6 hours. NDS can play NDS game with SuperPass for 4 hours. You can plug out the SuperPass at SC Menu, and select NDS game to run, that can play more 1 or 2 hours.

Q: Support High speed CF or SD flash card?
A: Yes

Q: How do I know SuperCard broken?
A: Enter SELF TEST MODE to check it.

Q: How to enter SELF TEST MODE?
A: Hold L+R and turn on the power. Press A to test every part of SuperCard. If there is a "error" display that your SuperCard broken.

Q: What is the meaning of Error Code?
A: Error Code of SuperCard I/O:

  1. 01.Transistor Error.
  2. 03./04. Can not find SD/MiniSD Momory Card.
  3. 0B.Reading Flash Memory Data Error

Q: How to check SuperCard firmware version?
A: Enter SELF TEST MODE to check it.

Q: Does SuperCard support CF II?
A: No. Only support CF I, the popular type.

Q: How to backup save?
A: NDS game backup and load save auto. GBA game load save auto, but need to backup save into CF/SD by press Hot Key "L+R+A+SELECT" when playing the game.

Q: How to use Real Time Save?
A: Press Hot Key "L+R+B+SELECT" can enter Real Time Save.

Q: Why some games white screen?
A: For GBA games, please unselect Restart or Cheat Code option when coverting game. For NDS game, maybe it's a bad dump game, please try to use IPS patch it.

Q: How to watch Movie?
A: For GBA, please download SD/CF ver. movie player to SD/CF card and run it. And a movie play menu will display. For NDS, you can use MoonShell (homebrew) software to play movie and MP3.

Q: How to use patch database?
A: Put rominfo.dat file into SuperCard covert software folder, and replace the old one. Software will use it auto.

Q: How to make movie?
A: Download Movie Maker software to covert video to GBA format.

Q: How to save FC/PCE/GB/SMS game?
A: 1. Copy a *.sav file (64k).

2. Rename _.sav to the same name as _.nes (such as Mario.nes, there should be a Mario.sav). Put the two files together.

3. Save in the Emulator.

4. Press Hot Key "L+R+A+SELECT" backup the save into CF/SD.

5. Next time, save will auto load.

Q: What is Real Time Save(RTS)?
A: Real Time Save can make you play game very easy. You can save and reload the game at any time when playing. If you fail in the game, you can reload the recent save point.

Q: How to save some 256M GBA game which can not be patch?
A: Some 256Mb GBA games can not be patched Restart patch, that mean you can not press Hot Key to backup the save. What to do? There is a solution. If you want to backup the save, just power off and on quickly, the save still in Supercard, and you can enter main menu again, go to SAVER menu, select the game.sav file you just play, and press A, that you can backup the save to CF/SD card. Because Supercard will not lost save in 20 seconds after turn off power.
