First of all you have to create a proper RAW image of the xbox disk. I use an IDE-USB adapter for this, since leaving the drive outside the system on a long cable makes it much easier to swap. You can find instructions on how to prepare the drive for this in various tutorials about xbox360 RAW ripping. Then, open up ISObuster (http://www.isobuster.com/), select the drive, change the read retry settings in the options to 1, and rightclick on the name of the DVD in the drive. the DVD has to be at least 7-7.5 GB in size, a movie will do. Select "Extract DVD image". It will ask you for the filename. Before you hit OK on this window, you have to swap the spinning disk for your XBOX 1 disk (You can try running wxripper in the background and using its "stop disk" and "spin disk" function to replace the disk safely, however it wouldn't always respond to the commands for me). THEN click OK. It will start dumping the disk, and after a while (depending on the disk) it will complain about unreadable sectors. Check "Replace with Dummy Data" and "Always apply selection", then click "Selection". Now do something else in the time, cause it will take several hours to dump. If you want to verify the image, mount it in Daemon Tools or Alcohol, it should play the video part of the disk. With your iso done (it has to be the same size as the movie DVD was), fire up cloneCD. Put the movie DVD back in, and select "Read Disk to File", enter a name, click ok, and abort a few moments later. DON'T select to delete the incomplete image. Manually delete all but the .dvd file, and edit the .dvd file in any texteditor to remove all but the first 2 lines (Layerbreak and Image.000). Now, rename the raw dump you made to the name in the second line of the .dvd file (default is image.000).

Now comes the difficult part: First, put in your movie DVD and run DVDInfoPro (http://www.dvdinfopro.com/). Select "Media Info", and select "physical format information" in the Advanced dropdown menu. Click OK and note the last three bytes of the first line (they'll normally be in the range of Fx xx xx). You have to calculate the proper offset for the security sector now. In a hex calculator, substract the Offset from the full length of the image that you figured out using dvdinfopro (i.e. FCA6FA - F9FA00 = 2ACFA). Now multiply your result by hex 800 (2ACFA x 800). The result (in this case 1567D000) is how far you have to go from the END of the raw dump to find the location of where to put the security sector. I use Winhex for that, in direct edit mode.. that way editing is very fast, but all changes are instant and permanent, so if you mess up the image, you'll have to re-dump it. Open the raw dump in Winhex, select "Goto", and enter your result, and check the "end (back from)" option. It will jump to the position you need to insert the SS to.. however make sure it's at the beginning of the line, it may jump one byte too far up (see picture).

The highlighted line is already the first line of the security sector in my example, the number on the left will of course differ for you depending on game and swapdisk. Now load up the .bin of the security sector in Winhex as well, hit Ctrl-A to highlight the entire security sector, Ctrl-C to copy it to clipboard. Then click back to the tab of the raw dump and select edit, Clipboard data, and "write". It will paste the SS over the blank data previously there. Now burn the disk using CloneCD, make sure you load the .dvd file created earlier.

In case you need to dump your own SS, you have to flash the 605b0800.bin to your Samsung drive, and while it's hooked up to your PC, run DVDInfoPro again, go to Advanced dropdown menu, and select "Send custom command". In the CDB fields enter the following sequence: AD 00 FF 02 FD FF FE 00 08 00 00 C0.

It will display the security sector in the big window. Click on the rightmost icon and save the security sector to your HD. It should be 2 kb in size.
